Shipping/Store Polices

Store Return Policy:

No Refunds: We do not offer refunds—only store credit is allowed for returns.

7-Day Return Window: You have 7 days from the date of purchase of the items to return or exchange for a different size.

Condition of the Item: The item must be:

Purchased at Full Price 

In original condition: Unused, unworn, and with any tags still attached.

    • Original packaging: If applicable, it should still be in its original packaging.
    • Receipt Required: You must provide the original receipt to make the return or exchange.
    • Store Credit: Instead of a cash/credit refund, you’ll receive store credit for the value of the returned item.
    • Items on sale and personalized items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible to be returned or exchanged
    • Store credit returns requests must be initiated by emailing miahbabyco@gmail.com
    • Socks/hats/tights/bloomers and electronics are not eligible for any return or exchange
    • Return shipping
      • Return Shipping Costs: If you’re returning an item by mail, you’re responsible for paying for the return shipping yourself.
      • No Prepaid Return Labels: Miah Baby will not provide a prepaid return shipping label for you, so you’d need to arrange and pay for the return shipping directly.
      • Shipping Insurance: It might be a good idea to consider shipping insurance or tracking for your return, especially if the item is valuable or if you want proof it was returned. Responsibility for the Return: Once the item leaves our possession (i.e., once we ship it), Miah Baby is no longer  responsible for what happens to the item in transit.
